Terpenic Medical Capsicum Gel 100 ml

Good pain relief. Very effective and good heat level. Doesn't seem overly greasy, it appears to dry quite quickly. I had to purchase this after the makers of Capcaicin have stopped producing it (Capcaicin was prescribed by my GP) I have found that Capsicum in not as harsh as Capcaicin, it tended to burn my skin at times. One other thing that I have found that may be of help to other Neuropathy sufferers, I am Diabetic, I have lost all sensation in my feet and lower legs, I tend to get terrible nerve pain in my left toes that will come on every 2 to 3 weeks. I have been putting the Capsicum on the affected area as soon as I can feel the pain start. It does ease the pain but it can take 3 to 4 days for it to completely ease off. However, the last time it flared up it was particularly painful. I was lay in bed trying to ease it by moving my foot around and bending my toes etc when I felt a twinge of pain in my ankle! I had never felt this before and so I put some of the cream on my ankle. The pain in my toes stopped immediately! I don't know whether this information will help anyone else but it worked for me! Give it a try. The pain from Neuropathy can be very intense. I hope this might help you.

Works very quickly, well worth the money

I have neuropathy in my feet, which can be very painful and very cold (even though I wear thick woolly booties) - especially when I have been sitting for too long. I looked at what Amazon recommended and bought this, a jar of bee venom and hemp cream. The last two - although good for my arthritic pain - did not work on my feet. I had forgotten this capsicum gel until today. One foot (the worst one) felt completely frozen and very painful - I was nearly in tears. So I rubbed in the gel on the ankle that was hurting. Within a few minutes (I honestly mean that) the pain had gone. It was miraculous. I didn't feel any burning - but then I cannot 'feel' much in my feet. I rushed to write this review a few hours later. I am hoping I will now be able to sleep at night. I highly recommend this gel for all neuropathy sufferers.

I have a neuropathic itch/nerve crawling problem that has been getting steadily worse for the past year. I have tried so many different things with absolutely no success. After researching more possible solutions, I gave this a try. I was skeptical it would work, but it did work, and continued to work at least 70% of the time. Just apply it and the crawling sensation disappears almost immediately. Although now, 2 months later, it no longer works, at all. It's as if I've become resistant to the cream. However it has been the only cream to make a bit of difference to the problem, but it's only a short term solution. As for the sensation of the cream, I could not feel anything. Although it does cause a severe burning sensation after a few hours, but only on my feet. Also a few times if I took a hot bath while I had cream applied to my feet, the pain from putting my feet underwater was absolutely unbearable. You can't even wash this stuff off. The smell of the cream was nice at first, although now I don't really like it as it lingers everywhere, and is very difficult to wash off the skin. If you have a similar problem to me, this may help you short term, but not guaranteed. After even more research into this problem, it may be an indication of low Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid levels. Both of which can cause nerve damage if your levels of each are low. After a recent trip to the doctors, they took blood tests and prescribed Folic Acid tablets due to a deficit. But so far it's not helped.

Sorry didn’t do a thing other than make me £18 poorer! No warmth, no heat, nothing happened. Didn’t need gloves as it lacked any capsicum ingredient in it. Serious expensive con. Odd scent too.

I have seen mixed reviews about this product but it works for me. I have back problems and I use this cream to alleviate the pain. You only need a small amount and it produces a deep warming effect which is quite long lasting. Water intensifies the heat so if you find the cream too hot on your skin do not try to remove it with water! Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after using the product. Others say they don’t feel the warming effect but it works for me. On my third tube of this product.

I bought this cream as i'd already tried the neuropathic cream which i found greasy and had no effect whatsoever. I suffer from peripheral nerve damage in both soles of my feet which means that they feel freezing cold all of the time and are numb and have severe tingling running down the nerves. It can drive you absolutely round the twist, some days worse than others especially when the weather is cold and damp. A hot water bottle does help but eventually you have to leave the house at some stage. I've had different medications from my GP including Pregabalin, Gabapentin and Nefopam which did nothing apart from make me feel groggy and addicted to them. I ordered Capsicum as a last resort and rubbed some on each buttock as i was convinced that the sciatic pain started there. Within 10 minutes a lovely heating sensation radiated down the nerves and the tingling reduced very much so, not completely but bearable. I would recommend this product sciatic nerve pain radiaiting all of the way into the feet. I've just ordered some more.

En la reseña pone que si te quema no uses agua etc... Personalmente a mí ni me calienta. Por lo tanto no sé se habré hecho buena compra.
