I have ordered this rainbow pack three times now and I love the colors in this set. I started making friendship bracelets as something to do to relax after a long day of working from home during quarantine and I became completely addicted! This floss is soft and easy to use, does not fray (too much) and looks beautiful in the finished product. I'm now going to start trying to embroider with it on the face masks I've been sewing, looking forward to trying that out. The only negative thing I have to say is that the way the bundles come packaged they definitely have a tendency to get knotted up way too easily when pulling out the amount of thread needed and I do spend a lot of time untangling before I can cut a piece off to use but other than that this is great floss and I will continue to buy it when I run out again.

Great quality cotton thread. Bought this for my teenage daughter's art/craft projects, & she's had a lot of fun using it to make different things. This thread is very strong & soft, not itchy like other brands we've tried in past. My daughter made me a thin braided bracelet & I wear it in the shower, it's been pulled & hanged on by a toddler numberless times & still holds it's shape, hasn't frayed, or broken. Honestly, I've been surprised how it's held up considering the unintended abuse it's taken. BEAUTIFUL variety of colors to choose from, possibility of color combinations are endless, one of things my daughter loved most about it (& that it was also soft against the skin). Excellent value for price. Package also came way earlier than expected delivery date, shipped directly from MiraGoods, not Amazon. Excellent product & service!

They’re really good quality. They get so many different colors. The texture is really nice. Good price for how many it came with. It doesn’t break easily. It’s really nice.

I bought these on a whim to try see if Id like embroidery. My style choice was "fabric painting " (ambitious) Splitting was a chore. I would say the variety of colors to the naked eye has less contrast vs the guide or advertised. My eyesight isnt the best but multiple people could only point out one shade of red. You are getting what you pay for. They are dull in comparison to quality threads. However depending on the type of project you can make beautiful art! You can learn new stitches, get a feel for the craft, and just have fun with it at a low cost. You dont need the best of the best to try something new, learn with a friend, or even make crafts with the kids! The price point helped me take the leap and discover a new hobby! I used 99% thread from this kit and maybe 1% brown and navy regular sewing thread I had on hand. Used their needles 2 snapped, but this baby is THICK due to lack of planning and experience. Made this for my Mom from her from her photo of Klondike Mt Lubec, ME.

I'm a beginner at embroidery, and after doing a kit, I wanted to make my own designs so I decided to buy some thread. I didn't want to spend too much because I'm a beginner amateur. I was a little worried because some other reviews mention thread breaking or being horribly tangled, but I haven't had any issues! The product is as advertised, the thread isn't tangled, it's not breaking, it's working just fine. I did machine wash one of my projects, and no issues with the colors running. Came out of the wash and dryer just fine! It's a very generous amount of thread, so I think this will keep me busy for many, many projects to come!

Woth the money spent easily

I'm only just starting cross stitch and it is very nice to have a good supply of embroidery floss to start with. It's also good that there's more than one bundle of each color, since I went through a little over one bundle of mauve floss for my first project since getting this floss. Next I just need to get a supply of aida so I can do more projects, and frames so I can actually display them. (I will get aida and frames in my own time and I know where to find them both, please do not recommend any to me)

TITLE/DESCRIPTION: The photo at a glance + the "105 skeins" in the title gives the impression that you will get 105 individual colored skeins. But no, you get 3 skeins of each color and some of the skeins are BARELY a different shade. For instance there's 2 bright yellow colors that look identical. I even took them outside in the sun and I can't see any difference. So in reality I have 6 skeins of bright yellow (I guess i'll be embroidering a lot of sunflowers now). It's my fault for not thoroughly reading the description. QUALITY: the quality is just ok. I think most of the reviews that say the quality is poor are probably comparing it to the type of floss you'd get at a chain craft store where the flosses you get there are a mix of synthetic and cotton (thats why the threads are shiny or have metallics). These are cotton so the colors are a bit duller & matte. I'm not complaining though, but just noting. PACKAGING: The bands on the steins have exposed glue (or maybe during storing/shipping the packages were left in the heat so the glue shifted). That being said I had to carefully pull them apart because they were stuck together or stuck to other skeins. I did receive the needles but NOT the DMC color chart that's supposed to be included, so I have no idea what colors correspond to which DMC colors. Overall i'd say I'm just ok with this purchase. I probably wouldn't recommend anyone getting it if you're experienced with embroidery floss, but for a beginner it's definitely decent (if everything is included)
