Love these heel cushions!
These are the best cushions for any type of heel pain. They are also good at giving new life of your favorite shoes. I've used them for years and have been very satisfied. My feet are happy too. They fit any type of shoe or sneaker, don't move when you wear them and are extremely comfortable.

Improvement of heel pain within a few weeks.
I’ve had heel pain that wouldn’t go away. In the past, I’ve dealt with plantar fasciitis (more toward the middle of the sole of the foot) and been able to resolve it with stretches and exercises and fixing calf trigger points. This was the first time I couldn’t help my foot, so I started trying numerous new things. This was thing number 3 or 4. I’ve been using these for about five weeks. My dog walks and pickleball felt more comfortable with feet supported right away, but the pain after getting up in the morning was the same for the first week or two. It’s gradually been improving however. Now, my heel is only a little tender when I first get up and not every morning. I’ll definitely call that a win and am hoping for further improvement. We shall see. Inexpensive and worth trying, and I got used to them in my shoes quickly. (Couldn’t get used to sleeping with a foot splint which others also recommended.) Five stars from me.

So far so good...
I have had heel pain for almost a year and saw a podiatrist who diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. They recommended some stretches and icing the inflamed area along with taking some anti-inflammatory medication. Then they wanted to cast my feet for custom orthotics after 2 visits in a week span. I did not want to, nor could I justify the $600+ out of pocket expense I would incur from this custom product. I have insurance but my insurance will not cover "flat feet" as they put it, but would cover the orthotics if I was diabetic. Since I am not diabetic I opted to not spend the 600 dollars for something I thought would go away with the stretching and icing regiment. I was wrong. Some days I could not bear to walk or even stand especially after sleeping overnight or after long commutes in a vehicle. But I would stretch and stretch until I could stand up and walk off the pain. I wanted to find a reasonable solution to my problem so I found these heel seats. I was skeptical that these would fit my foot as I am a size 14 4e shoe/sneaker wearer but they fit great. They are uncomfortable at first but I have noticed in the 3 days I have been currently wearing them that when I take off my sneakers my feet aren't hurting. I can walk around barefoot without pain and in the morning the pain has been lessened by a lot that I am actually really impressed by this product. I will continue to update about my progress but I am most concerned about the longevity of the product. I am only walking with the the heel seat but hope to be jogging/running with these soon. So far I would recommend this product. ***UPDATE*** After about 2 weeks these inserts still seem to be reducing my heel pain. They are no longer uncomfortable with normal walking so I guess I am getting used to the feel of them. I still have heel pain but it has been reduced. When I sit for prolonged periods of time I notice the pain comes back so I know to stretch and walk around. The pain when I take off my shoes and walk barefoot has also been reduced. Hopefully after a month I still will see positive results. I have not walked for great distances with these on or ran with these on because of it being winter but I will try to test these out accordingly. ***UPDATE*** So it has been about 2 months after my purchase of these Heel Seats for my plantar fasciitis. I will have to honestly say that my pain has reached a plateau. It has not completely gone away but isn't as pervasive as it was. After long walks and long periods of standing my feet do hurt in the heel region. It is still not nearly as bad as it was when I had no extra support. I would say that this product does work but for mild to moderate pain relief. For the price I am very satisfied with the product but it has been as effective as it will probably ever be and I know that now. If I were to do it over again I would still make this purchase and also recommend to friends of mine if they had the same problems with their feet to also buy this product.

Kinda Helps
I've been wearing these everyday for the past two weeks. And they sort of help. At first it felt like a god send, but the more I wrote them that faded. They have a thicker section that puts pressure on the fascia as you walk, so it's kind of like a trade off of when you want the pain. For me, without the supports the pain would go away as I went about my day but then flair up at night. With these it's like it spreads the pain throughout the day so night time isn't so bad. But the mornings are still very painful, it doesn't seem to have changed that at all. I'll probably keep wearing them for awhile as I enjoy not having intense pain at night but I'm not sure their worth the 30-some dollars they charge.

Comfortable for a time and then seem to not do much

I've have four of these purchased over the last 8 years. XL Firm, two in the original black and two in the newer blue. I use them in my normal daily shoes and boots as well as hiking boots. Coupled with pretty regular inside use of Birks they have pretty much arrested and eliminated the plantar fasciitis I was developing in my late 40s. Are they the best? I'm sure some more expensive and/or custom solutions, particularly full insoles, are better, but those are two to maybe 10 times the price. Basically these are one of the better bangs for your buck and the real deal. I noticed some mixed comments but with foot things that's to be expected. You basically have to try them out. Everybody's feet, gait, and weight are different. The only downside I found is because they are fairly grippy rubber. They wear out the heels of my socks faster. I'd ask the manufacturer if there is any way to add a layer, at least to the top side, of something with a little less friction.

I had an injury with my ankle due to Plantar Fasciitis and this has helped relieve the pain. Great product, I'll be buying more. Very soft and can easily be transferred from one shoe to another. It doesn't slip inside and can be used in sports.

Useless. May as well put a layer of Kleenex at the bottom of my shoe. And what’s worse? Can’t return them. Expensive and completely unsupportive.

Passt in jeden Schuh das Material Gel ist ziemlich robust. Lässt sich einfach säubern mit Wasser und Seife. Anfangs muss man sich daran gewöhnen. Aber es hilft.
