I got this to use at my standing desk, overall I like it. However I think it is to easy to balance on. I can zone into work and lock my knees and then its just a slightly wobbly anti-fatigue mat. It does seem to help keep my hips looser and stop from locking up from standing or sitting all day. Will keep around but am also going to try a more wobbly balance trainer type. (round and multi-axis wobble). I imagine balance

I love having this at my standing desk. It gives me another option besides sitting and standing. I find that it helps me keep my weight evenly distributed and my body active. The design is simple, and it is easy to put to the side if I want to sit or stand. So far, the quality has been great. It is very comfortable when I stand on it in my socks. It has ample traction on carpet.

Bought this for use on my stock trading desk that allows me to stand when I want. This is very well made for what it cost and feels very good on my feet. The center ball is excellent for massaging my feet which helps a lot. Love this product and I'm sure it will last a long time.

Great for stand up desks, though it could have a little more tilt.

I was looking for something to help my legs when standing with my new standing desk, and came across this one. Most of the balance/wobble boards I saw were mainly for exercise, but this one looked more for use during work. I'm so happy I got it because this thing is AMAZING! The quality is incredible, helps my legs while standing for long periods of time, and the little ball helps massage the feet so well. I recommend this to anyone with a standing desk.... you're life will be changed forever!

SURFACE 1. The pebbled cushioned surface of this wobble board provides the right/perfect level of comfort to stand on for hours. (In contrast, the surfaces of some other wobble-boards are too firm for me.) 2. It's neither slippery, nor does it grip too much. 3. I do like that on my model there is NO central knob for foot massage. (I would not need such a knob & might be in my way as I move around/turn 60-90 degrees.) 4. While a carpeted concrete floor, even with regular running shoes on, seems to be too firm for me to work by a standing desk, the surface of this wobble board allows me to work for hours standing/moving, rather than sitting for 8-10 hours a day, (which I strive to avoid given the known significant health risks.) WOBBLE 1. The wobble is gentle and SAFE for many hours of work at a standing desk; it provides just enough flexibility to move a bit around. 2. It is permissive to complete the work at a wide/wider computer desk, turn without loosing balance, quickly step on-off etc. 3. It allows me to move/"fidget" enough so that I readily get up, rather than pile up items around me for ready reach. I can keep items better organized and manage my desk ergonomically better, with greater flexibility. 4. Indirectly, this moving/fidgeting prompts me more readily take a break to walk to get some water, run up/down a flight of stairs etc; I refresh better, I am more productive and so on. 5. In contrast, I also have a board in my office with greater wobble & spin, but I do have to pay attention to the wobble on that one to be safe - that's more like a mini-excercise, not for working for an hour or more.

I had high hopes for this based on the glowing reviews, but it just doesn't have a lot of wobble. I took it to the office where there is standard very flat carpet flooring, but whether on thin carpet or even on the bare floor it just doesn't have a lot of wobble. Which means it is very stable lol - good if you are worried about balancing and accidentally falling off the board, but not so good if you are thinking it will engage your core actively. It works for the price and I kept it because I didn't want to pay $180+ for a wobble/standing desk board, but be aware it isn't as engaging to the core as it seems it would be. Great price but wouldn't re-purchase unless it was cheaper. I do use it but not seeing the benefit... yet. Will revise my review in a few months if I see a change.

Great foot massage. Good design and functionality. Just wish there were a tilt option if seated.

The quality of this wobble board cannot be understated. Very pleasantly surprised by the weight and quality of this product. Very stable and rubber material is soft yet durable. Highly recommend

If you ignore the wobble balance and think of it more as anti fatigue board you're more on the money. The foam pad means the massage ball advertised is non existent, there's a lump in the foam but it's not going to massage anything. All that said standing at my desk is far more comfortable. I've been working with it for a week now and am able to stand for longer periods at a time. As others have said there is a film of some sort which is an odd sensation when you step off, think Tom Cruise in Risky Business. I haven't used it enough to comment on the degradation of the foam others have experienced. The product does what I need it to do but I'm not wowed I believe this product is very much going to come down to personal preference.

Achetée "pour voir" afin d'optimiser l'ergonomie de mon poste de travail à domicile et pas déçue du résultat. Si vous avez un bureau assis debout, cette planche permet d'éviter une position debout trop statique.
