I bought this phone to give as gift to my sister. The device is unlock and I was able to use a different SIM card from another country and it worked just fine. I didn’t have the chance to explore more as I sent it overseas. It’s a great value for money. Is bigger and lighter. A very beautiful and stylish phone.

Cute phone, nice shade of blue. I had a momentary freak out when I first opened the box and saw the included documentation was en Espanol. Cue the second guessing in my head. "Oh my god, did I make a mistake buying this? What if everything is in Spanish???"To be clear, it is a GSM phone that works perfectly fine in the Americas, so when you turn the unit on, switch the language to English if you don't speak or read Spanish. I haven't had it for long, but so far, so good.The seller included a microSDXC card gratis, which was unexpected and appreciated!

AT&T users please be aware, this phone will NOT work with AT&T's new 5G system being launched in February 2022. As an unlocked phone, voice is 3G and will not work on a 5G network. Data will will work.Before purchasing this phone I asked whether it would work with ATT&T's forthcoming system. I was told by the seller that it would.I now have a useless phone which is a pity because I like the phone.

I have Metro by T-mobile and it works great. I was nervous to buy thru Amazon but I did it because of the cost. It's a good phone, can't complain. I got the blue and black and had no issues. I used the same sim card from my old with no issues

I purchased 2 phones one worked and one didn't told me to take the phone to get it fix drove a hour away from my home to get the phone fixed sat out there for 2hours to find out they can not fix the phone I have to call Samsung than a couple months later the other phone stopped working I'm very dissatisfied with the company right now bad merchandise and business.😡😡

It works to make calls and stuff, but the sound on this phone is horrible. Not clear to listen to music on youtube or stuff. the headpiece was an extra, but it did not even work on one side. The charger is supposed to be new, but also would not charge it.

Great phone with a lot of features like 2 Sim cards and slot for memory card

I like that you can have two SIM cards in the phone. This allows for having a separate business and personal phone lines. I’ve not used the face recognition feature so I cannot comment on it. This is my first android so there things I just have to get accustomed to.
