What size belt does it take?

I used a Type A V belt on it from a water cooler. Made it work for a theatre prop to make a life size music box. Belt Depth (in.) 0.38 in Belt Length (in.) 67 in (this is not germane to the question but was what I used.) Belt Width (in.) 0.5 in

Would I be able to replace the pully on my lawnmower drive belt with this, or would the belt not fit?

The torque of a riding lawnmower at the drive belt for the blades is between 40 to 60 foot pounds (54-80 newton meters). This particular pulley is a nylon composite and probably won’t stand up to that level of torque especially under high load. I used it for a theatre project to rotate a turntable/life size music box with a young girl standing on top (girl weighed about 90 lbs). I saw the pulley flex multiple times but didn’t break. It held up for 9 shows but I wouldn’t trust it to do much more. I would recommend you find a metal one instead because of the torque load on a drive pulley. I have used this pulley on a spray rig I designed for our ranch. It works well for wet applications with low torque and higher angular speeds. I teach this kind of stuff to university level physics students.Good luck in your endeavors.
