Good textbook for insolvency law

I bought this to swot up (more than was really necessary) for an interview for a job related to insolvent companies. I was grateful for my existing knowledge of contract law and trust law because this book assumes that you have already studied, and have a grasp of, legal fundamentals. I found it accessible and, really, it does what you would expect of an academic text.I didn’t get the job.
