Worked fine. Not for professionals though.
Perfect for DIYers. Pros should get something more durable.Worked just fine for me. Definitely recommend for light use.

Great part for the price.
I used it to remove refrigerant from a system after a burnout. After removing the valve depressors it performed as intended.

The crimp brass area may not be as durable compared to Yellow Jacket.
Appear to be good, but compared to Yellow Jacket, I can see these may not be as durable -but hey, nice price and I needed them quickly. Thank you.

Did not leak, quality seems decent
The most important thing here is that the hose and connections did not leak during my mini split install even under a 250psi pressure test. I can't speak to longevity, but it seems to be the same quality as those that come with the low-end manifold gauge blocks.

Blue ac hose
Worked perfectly. Replaced an old cut line.

A LOT OF EXPANSION
I test 12-20 newly assembled AC units, daily, prior to shipping. These units include regular AC, Heat Pumps, and Reheat units. Sometimes I will test units that are overcharged, contain line blockages, and/or have the one-way valves brazed the wrong direction and the pressure will exceed 600psi. I have been using two Yellow Jacket Plus II hoses with Coremax Fastest Snapmate quick-couplers until the rubber gasket wore so badly that I could not use it. Instead of purchasing a new Yellow Jacket Plus II hose, I opted to save $20+ and purchased this hose. Due to this being a cheaper alternative, I have been using it as the suction hose. I tested a Heat Pump and the pressure on this hose got up to over 300psi and I noticed that the hose expanded to about 1.25x it’s size. It surprised me, due to the claims of the hose stating that it has a maximum pressure rating of 800psi and failure rating of 4000psi. I believe that the hose would function properly in regular HVACR, however; I do not trust it enough to use for testing newly assembled units, due to the unknown factors involved with running a unit for the first time. I purchased a new Yellow Jacket Plus II with a ball-valve and have this one as a backup.

Did the job for a good price
Needed the hose to pressure test the line set for a DIY mini split and to vacuum the line before charging the system. The core depressor is removable which speeds up vacuuming the the lines.
