Great for hand pump and hospital grade pump
I bought this so I could use the hospital grade medela lactina pump at work. I had to buy new tubing because the tubing that came with my medela pump in style didn't have the rubber connections you need to hook up to this. It has outlets for two tubes so you can pump both breasts at the same time. I've also used it as a hand pump, you need to unscrew the top and make sure you have the right flange connectors (again not the ones that came with the pump in style), but it worked great for that too.

Not Sure if this is new or used
It’s honestly isn’t what I was expecting. I was expecting and genuine Medela Part in a box not in this flimsy barely sealed bag. I’m not even sure if this is new Or used.

Exactly what I needed for medical grade pump!
Exactly what I needed to be able to use the Medela Lactina Electric Plus medical grade pump provided by my work. You do need to purchase the special tubing that fits this piston to be able to pump with it but it's totally worth the $30 (for both piston and tubes) to pump more efficiently. Highly recommended!

Not the same as the one from the hospital.
I bought this to replace the one I got from the hospital as a back up. The one I got from the hospital was stolen. This looks exactly like the one I got from the hospital, but the suction is no where near good enough for a good pump session. It only had half the pull of the one from the hospital.

Works
Works for the Lactina breast pump. Not a huge fan o the actual pump but they have one at work so I use it to save pumping time on my own pump.

Mine was brand new and works perfectly. I have a symphony kit from the hospital and this works perfectly to make it a double manual pump if I am ever without power for my PIS
