Exceptional.
Sticky FingersSticky FingersYou can tell this is a band on top of their game. Charlie Watts and Bill Wyman are sublime in the rythym department, Keith Richards and Mick Taylor's guitars are out of this world. Mick Jagger is just pure class, singing totally from the heart." Sister Morphine" is dark, sinister and just fantastic, " Bitch" is sass at it's highest level, " Sway" is just superb. " Dead Flowers" is country with serious attitude, " Midnight Mile" is excellent. The brilliant " Brown Sugar" & " Wild Horses" need no introduction, someone said they are the weaker songs on here, i tend to agree, this is a measure of exactly how good this album actually is.Another gem from the Stones that glides effortlessly from start to finish.

Life after Brian Jones
This is the first Stones album after the departure of Brian Jones, and onethat showed that Mick Taylor was an excellent choice for a replacement. The Stones sound had been going through a change anyway, but the input ofTaylor made a big difference, paving the way for the excellent early 70'sharder-edged albums.'Brown Sugar' is probably the best known track here, and an excellentopener, but there is the beautiful 'Wild Horses' too, and some tracks thatdon't get mentioned too much but are every bit as good. 'Bitch' is a greattrack, and there is one of the most evocative statements about drugaddiction here too in 'Sister Morphine' (with Ry Cooder guesting onguitar).Overall this is probably one of the most consistently good albums that theStones ever made, and certainly deserves to be called a classic.

A great Stones album.
The sound and style of 'Sticky Fingers' is up to standard and tracks such as 'Sway' and 'Bitch' are as good as the more well known 'Brown Sugar' and 'Wild Horses'. 'Sticky Fingers' is nowhere near as good as 'Exile on Main Street' however and contains a few too many run of the mill tracks for five stars.

Used but in perfect condition for £3 inc
Used but in perfect condition for £3 inc. delivery. Not much info on the sleeve but this has been expertly remastered/remixed. Can even hear clearly the acoustic rhythm guitar on 'Brown Sugar' which I had never noticed before.A classic Stones album, their first without Brian Jones. It was all downhill from here.

Yet another golden oldie and one of their finest albums in my opinion
Yet another golden oldie and one of their finest albums in my opinion .I am sure that there are reviews telling all sorts of trivial minutiae so I will not ,keep it simple if you have any liking for the stones then just get yourself a copy it is worth it
