They smell fantastic
Pity I didn't get to use them as the packer had burst the bottom seam with their thumb and the contents were spread out perfuming the delivery box and other items enclosed. I bet they taste lovely, but I can't prove it :-)

I use these crumbs to make deep fried mozzarella cheese sticks. Double dip in egg wash with 1:1 half and half. Deep fry at 325 degrees for 3 minutes. I use 1 pound of block cheese to make 24.
