Total Disappointment
We have purchased these Wild King Salmon Fillet in the past and were very pleased.....not this time. Four out of the four fillets we ordered were mushy, packed in lots of water and very strong fishy tasting. Complete waste of money as they were inedible.

What happened to SeaBear?
I remember loving SeaBear about a decade ago. The portion of salmon jumped out at me right away as just being a sliced portion from the grocery store, but I don't fuss about it as long as the flavor's there. The flavor's not there. It has only a faint whisper of the flavor it used to have, though the juices that drain out are still strong. I'm not sure if the process changed, but this wasn't anywhere near the quality that I remember scraping money together to buy. If you're new to smoked salmon or gifting this, I think it does the job. You get a decent enough flavor profile, and it'd be good for dips. If you've had smoked salmon years ago, though? This will disappoint you. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch, but I felt deflated after the first bite. What a shame.

Quality product but a bit expensive.

DELICIOUS!
I went to Seattle's Pike Place market and purchased Smoked King Salmon there, it was great and back in Boston I was craving it again! When the package arrived I was rather skeptical as the vacuum pack was much thinner than the one I obtained from Pike's Place. Once I tried it however, I knew it was worth every penny! Even my girlfriend who doesn't normally eat Salmon thought it was pretty good! I would definitely recommend SeaBear Smoked King Salmon.
