First off. The plates and bowls are microwave and dishwasher safe. If they were not, they would get really super hot to the touch. These don't. All plates, bowls, and cups came in without a scratch well packaged. The plates are durable. I treat them like any other I've owned from Walmart. The cups are too small for my coffee needs so I haven't tested those in the microwave but I did wash them in a dishwasher with high heat. No cracks but they do feel like less quality than the plates and bowls. But I get the plates and bowls get more abuse. These are a great buy. I bought the 2 pack so no need to get more. They are best looking set I've owned and they are no more or less durable than the standard plate.

I am in love with this set! The quality is amazing. When you take them into your hands, they feel nice.No stains lays on them. On my previous set, after 3-4 time of use for tea or coffee, I would have to wash them with soda so clean them. But these I’ve used them for tea , coffee and still like new. Looove the set. I bought 3 boxes to have for 12 people sets, and all 3 boxes came on time, and nothing was broken. Just perfect I’m happy with my purchase 👍🏻10/10

I got 2 sets so the 32 is what I ordered. I ended up only getting one set and reach out to the company per Amazon request. I’m not sure who fault it was but they sent out another set asap. The packaging was great too no breaking or chips. I can’t wait to use them thank you stone lain.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - like many other reviews listed, the coffee mug cracked while in my hand after adding hot coffee (see photo); such a huge safety issue and Amazon could care less. I’m blown away they have not forced this product off the platform. Second issue I noticed is the design quality is drastically inconsistent between each plate, so much so they are actually different sizes altogether (2nd photo).If you do buy this set, make sure you keep the packaging indefinitely until your return period has passed because amazon puts all the pressure of re-packaging this low quality safety risk back onto the consumer when attempting to return.

So far these have been very durable with fairly regular usage. They’re a little on the heavier side but I like that. My only critique would be that they say they are not dishwasher safe (because of whatever is used in the good design). I have not tried it out to see if it’s true or not (no real reason to risk it).

Beautiful!!!! Love the lip around the sides. The bowls are shaped very well. I've never had bowls that fix and sit in your hand so well.The company that makes these plates are great! One bowl was broken. Sent a picture and the lady was super nice and helpful. Sent a new bowl at light speed and I didn't have to pay for shipping! She was almost showing interest in how I like their product. They really care if you enjoy and like their products.Only con is you can microwave them but hey if you cook more than heat frozen food in the microwave you're golden. I kept some of my old plates and bowls for microwaving so no problem.Oh yes, they are dishwasher safe 👍
