Whats the electrical conduit knockout size? I assume 1"?

You are asking the wrong question. These are WATER plumbing fixtures NOT electrical, so the sizing isn't in the same ballpark. As I recall, the hex on the valves is about 1 1/8" (they are really metric). I used a 16 inch "Crescent" wrench and an 18" pipe wrench on them. Sorry, best I can do for an answer...

What does this mean?: 1/4 red and blue handles for easy identification and use. 1/4" as in the ball valve shaft diameter?

Red is for the hot water side and blue is for the cold (city)water side. 1/4" is the size of the actual shaft (stem) diameters, which is a good quality valve. At the local "big box" store, these valves will run close to $75. At a plumbing supply, close to $100. They may or may not be made in the USA and you might need some DIN thread adapters at about $15 each as most tankless hot water heaters have European pipe fittings-OK?

What for do i need presure relief valve? there is no preassure in tankless water heater, right?

Some building codes require pressure relief valves for tankless water heaters, including statewide codes in Massachusetts and Kentucky. Rheem's installation instructions suggest that they are not required to meet UL Standard 499, but they do also recommend them when connecting to Flex or Hi-Temp CPVC for added safety. You should verify with your water heater's manufacturer and with local building codes. Or just put the thing on and be done with it, since it's near impossible to find a service valve kit that doesn't come with a relief valve.

There is no mention of the country of origin on the box or cast into the product. What I can say is that the casting and finish appear to be of the highest quality, and I would have no reservations about recommending these isolation valves to anyone. My personal opinion is that this a top quality product.
