I have been on a gluten-free diet for about 5 years, and have tried many gluten-free flours. As many of you know, gluten-free flours have their trick. I have found that when dealing with these type of flours it is best to stick to the suggested recipe at the beginning, and make an effort to not get too creative with it until you have cooked it enough to make twists on the recipes recommended by the brand. This breadfruit flour is not exception based on my experience, but this is by far the easiest to cook with. I have bought it repeatedly and will continue to buy it. It is an excellent product, it tastes delicious, PLUS, it is very nutritious. When my little cousins come to visit, they always ask me to make the "special" cake (Hint: made with Amasar Glutten-free GUILT-FREE Breadfruit Flour). I definitely recommend this product!

¡Me encantó! My favorite flour. Tried the chicken and waffles with it.

I was very excited about this product. Paying $20 for flour, trust me, I was. But breadfruit does not make good flour. Is ok for pancakes. Everything else, you get a particular after taste.Never use for pizza dough, is the worst.Not worth paying such amount.

I was so surprised with my chicken tenders breaded with this breadfruit flour! Super tasty, very easy to use and I did not need any eggs or milk. I just seasoned my chicken tenderloins, put in the flour and mixed. Then I deep-fried.! They were crispy and tasted very good!
