Power cord issues
While we liked the basic design and function, we have only used this product a couple of times before it stopped working reliably. There is a connection problem with either the power cord, or the power receptacle on the unit. When plugged in and turned on, the unit sometimes stops. Jiggling the cord will make it start again. We are waiting to hear back from the seller.
