Instant Warmth, Easy Reset: A Must-Have for Pain Relief and Travel
Quick Activation and Long-lasting Heat: I've had these warm compress gel pouches for a while, and they're fantastic. Activate them by bending a metal piece inside the bag and you get instant heat that lasts for a solid 15-20 minutes. I've used them for everything from relieving cystic bumps to soothing muscle and period cramps.Resetting is a Breeze: Resetting these pouches is pretty straightforward. Boil a large pot of water, gently lay the used bags in it, and let them simmer for 10 minutes. No need to stir or move them around. Once they're done, lay them flat on a kitchen towel to dry. I usually do this over my morning coffee—it feels effortless.Travel Tips: These pouches are great for travel but remember, you'll need boiling water to reset them. Simply pouring hot water over them in a metal ice bucket won't cut it—they'll harden up again quickly. And don't even think about microwaving them! If you're in a hotel, maybe room service could help reset them for a tip.Overall, these pouches offer great value. I'll definitely be bringing them on my next holiday. Highly recommended!

Sometimes you need a non-electric solution
I purchased these to help maintain heat in my wetsuit for cold water scuba diving. We have some rechargeable warmers we use when we're camping, hiking, or whatever, but I needed something that could be submerged. When I tried them out, I was worried that the heat would be too intense. It was plenty warm, but not unbearable, and very nice after I was at depth for a few minutes. I'm glad they came in an eight pack so I can do repetitive dives when it's inconvenient to boil water between dives to reset them. When I'm doing longer dives, I can place extras in my wetsuit and activate another one when the first one starts to fade. The round ones fit really well on top of my toes without making my feet feel squished. I left them out in my toolbox in subzero temperatures overnight and they didn't leak or activate.

Still awesome... 2 years later
Hey amazon so I just had to write a review for these stupid little things! Let's start with I didn't expect them to last or be good at all because of all the negative reviews. So I dropped $20 and gave it a shot. Well here I am on amazon again writing a review for these heat packs 2 years later. They all still work perfectly, I have the full set still and none of busted or broke or stopped working like everyone says they do. I absolutely love them. I think the only issue I have is that the heat doesn't last long, it never did. It lasts maybe half an hour at the most before they're back to room temperature, and need to be boiled again to reset. But otherwise they are an amazing product and they do seriously last a long a** time if you take care of them. They're the perfect sustainable replacement to disposable hot hands, and they really do save money after using them a few times. Definitely not going back after these finally give out lol

Love the reusable aspect
I'm big on reusable items so I thought I'd give these a try and stop buying disposable hand warmers. These are small so they're easy to carry around but definitely too big to fit in a purse. If you've never used one there is a metal piece in the warmer that you "crack" or "pop" and the hot beads are released to warm the pack. The pack hardens and it gets REALLY hot for about 15 minutes. The pack is very durable plastic so even if I throw it in a bag I'm not worried about it ripping or tearing open. Once it's cooled or you take it back home, you just boil it until all the beads are back in the metal piece and can re-use as many times as needed.I got these for my partner who has raynaud's to keep his hands warm during the winter and I carry them when I have cramps. It helps while its warm. The only downside to these is they don't stay warm long enough and if you're carrying multiple with you (like 5 or more) they can add a little weight to a bag.

Buy it
I have been using these for months and I couldn’t tell you the science behind it but I throughly enjoy how I have been able to use them for just about anything. The heat lasts for at least 30 minutes and it could be up to an hour. I enjoyed getting the 8 pack because I don’t need to boil them as often. The quality is amazing.
