Good for not sticking to the wound.
Good for weeping wounds.Mum had a bad cut on her leg the other dressings were sticking to the wound and pulling the scab offdelaying the healing process. We tried these and thankfully the material used meant they were not sticking.its giving the area the protection it needs and removal seems a lot better, very pleased,

Discrepancy of instructions
It might be translation problem or not enough attention paid, but it says on the box "open the pouch carefully and remove the dressing" and the next step is "place the dressing onto the wound". Nice and easy. However, if you read the "instructions for use", a leaflet inside of the box, it says all the same about removing it from the pouch, and then there is the next step 4. PEEL AWAY PROTECTIVE BACKING and place the silver side of the dressing onto the wound.This is very confusing! What protective backing???
