Need a 10mm socket and wrench to install highly recommend
Second purchased of this item one of my older acs kicked the bucket and the new one is just to heavy for my liking to trust the window frame so I searched for this. It’s easy to install.Sturdy and holds a 75lb ac with ease. The other one I have is 2 years old and still looks new. Well worth every penny. Make sure u have a 10mm wrench and socket you will need them to install this. Worst came to worst 2 pliers would work to but a lot more work.

This is a heavy duty window air cony support, holds up no problem even with a very large window unit, supporting the weight with no problems. Has various fastening methods for whatever set up you have and easy to adjust for many situations. Easy to set up and great price.
