Fire pit arrived quickly, packaged well, but still slightly dented from shipping. However, we were able to pop the dent out. There was almost no assembly required which is a major plus. After we made a trip to the store to get an LP tank, it fired right up on the first try. Everything was extremely easy to connect. It puts out a good amount of heat if you need it to. It looks good and provides beautiful light for evenings on the patio. I also bought a cover for it.

We absolutely love our new fire pit! I researched several fire pits before deciding on this one, and I'm so glad this is the one we purchased! The fire pit came packaged nicely. The glass stones were divided into 4 boxes that were placed in each corner to protect the fire pit. It arrived with no damage. The fire pit itself is metal and is sturdy but lightweight and easy to move. There is no assembly required, other than to insert a battery into the panel and to hook the propane tank up. The push to ignite button works great! This fire pit gives off a surprising amount of heat and we love that the height of the flame can be adjusted with the turn of the dial. It did not come with a cover included, though it said that one would be included. I loved that it came with the glass fire stones included too. Overall this is a wonderful purchase and well worth the money! We will spend many nights on our patio enjoying this fire pit!

Love Love Love this propane fire pit! Got it out of the box, hooked it up to our propane tank, put a AAA battery in, put the beautiful blue stones around the well.. poof we had our fire pit going! I had a very long fire pit before but took up to much space, this fits perfectly!

After reading and researching and finding nothing I liked at the local big box home improvements stores and gas providers, I decided to order this one. The most important feature was ease in putting together as I am not great at assembly. I ordered it on 9/4/20, with arrival date projected between 9/17 and 9/23. Much to my surprise, it arrived on 9/10 and was left on the sidewalk by FedEx. I immediately noted a hole in the box and once I got it up the stairs and into the house, which was a bit of a workout. Even more of a work out was getting the box open as it was very securely packaged. However, once I did, I was disappointed to find it dented and dinged as noted in picture above. So my initial excitement was rained on and, given the size, determined I was not going to send back if it functioned. The hookup to tank, putting in AAA battery and putting in the stones took about 10 minutes and that was with putting the battery in wrong despite the picture and instructions. The test came when I started it and it immediately lit up. Because it was tested in day, the flame wasn't all that visible but the heat was immediate. Therefore, overall, I love it so far but wish it hadn't been dented. Therefore, 4 instead of 5 stars.

Great fire pit, price very reasonable and best part no assembly.

This fire pit is such a nice size. It's perfect for my 10 by 13 gazebo and with the 20 lb propane tank , I don't have to worry about running out for quite a while. Assembly was basically taking it out of the box, attaching the tank and adding the glass rocks. It's also worth buying the cover for those rainy days. I love it. ❤️

I love this fire pit! It’s absolutely beautiful! The glass rocks are beautiful but do break. The company contacted me to inquire how my I liked the product. I indicated about the broken glass pieces and after I sent photos to show the issue they sent a big box of replacement rocks out. The ring is becoming black with soot but I am trying to problem solve myself presently. The company has such good customer service I feel confident as issues arise they will assist. It is warm for a propane fire pit but just like any other I’ve ever used it isn’t as warm as a wood burning fire.

Great size, simple set up, great quality, good heat distribution. Exceeded expectations!
