This pad works well on tile floors. It holds a rug in place and provides some padding as well.

This rubber pad has just the right amount of thickness, cushioning and stickiness. it works well and is the perfect size - I didn't need to trim it. I shopped around and this was the best value for this type of product.

Bought this to go beneath a oval rug. Was easy to trim the edges to convert into oval shape

I purchased a 9 by 3 anti-fatigue mat to go in front of the sinks in my ceramic tiled master bathroom; however, that mat would never stay in place. So, I purchased this mat to place under that mat. This item was large enough to cover the space under the anti-fatigue mat; and the quality and grip are superior. This was an excellent inexpensive purchase for which, I'm well pleased.

I was told the carpet gripper was a great remedy for keeping outdoor cushions in place. Not so much. Still have to push the seat cushion back after lounging.

It does the job. Upon opening it definitely had an odd odor emitting from it, but once I got it down in place and the rug on top the odor is not noticable.It is easy to cut if you need to alter it to fit your rug. I knew when buying that I would need to cut it as my runner is an odd shape. I was able to use three scrap pieces to put under another rug by the front door. Both rugs no longer shift!
