Is this non-BPA, and microwave safe?

No you cannot use in microwave. It's like Saran wrap but way betted sticks to your item. Do you put saran wrap in your microwave? ....

Anyone used it to cover Fridge's shelves? Does it work? Thank you?

I do use it to cover fridge shelves - peel it offf when they get dirty - but, be aware if you put a dish that's too hot in fridge, it will melt the wrap. For some reason, I can't find it in the store anymore and I love the adhesive that's on it.
