The unit is not heavy to lift while in the box. The tools and components were extremely well labeled and sealed in individual plastic pouches. (I wish other companies did this!). The instructions has four different configurations to select. That's where I got confused. I wish those were defined to explain better about the difference between the 4. I "guessed" which to use and it worked out for me. I have an adjustable bed frame (wholly different than the normal bedframe) that is much narrower to hold the bottom platform with the mattress on top.Fortunately, I had the headboard assembly components from the bed company available still in it's box. Without that, this headboard would not have worked for me. (Take note buyers! Get your headboard bedframe pieces from the bed company and add it first to the frame.)anyway, once I had the bed frame headboard components in place, then the headboard pieces could be lined up. The headboard looks great. I have it against the room wall connected to the bed itself with a little float spacing above the floor. Thus the bed can be moved with headboard attached and it doesn't drag on the floor when I move the bed to clean under it. Pictures of the bolt and screw orientation are attached.Pros: Looks great when completely assembled. Feels like leather and works well with my adjustable mattress movements in all configurations. Assembly works better with two people because of bulk and movement of the board on the legs prior to attachment to the bedframe. I did my alone. I'm a 63 years old woman who is used to assembling furniture.Cons: Update the instructions to better explanation for the 4 types of Headboard configurations and what will be the difference when choosing one versus another.Update the instructions to advise the buyer to use a ratcheted wrench (metric) because the space to turned the bolt /nuts when placing onto the bedframe is really small. It was exhausting to do it without the ratchet wrench that I did not own at the time.Update instructions to advise the user to ensure all screw threads face towards the bed. That'll prevent possible wall damage from the screw ends hitting the wall if the headboard is flat on the wall.

I love my king size bed frame. The lights under work well and has a remote and a phone app to control the lights function. The cool side wave style is a added sexy modern look that I adore. It took 4-5 hours for my daughter and I to assemble, instructions were easy to understand and it was pretty much following up with a picture. Power sockets work and conveniently on the side closer to the top not bottom like most sockets.

I needed a headboard that was thin and not too tall to protect the wall behind my bed. I'm in a studio loft so there weren't many options. Has all the pieces you need to attach to a wall or a bed frame. I attached to a generic 18" high bed frame and used the universal flat plates to attach to my frame and then the headboard. Took off a star because it was used before it was shipped to me. Had no instructions and half the pieces were in a Ziploc bag that the previous person used to store what they opened before it got to me. Overall easy to assemble even without instructions. No bad smells.

I never had a headboard. I am a 'bed against the wall' guy. I was strongly encouraged to get one by a companion so I went looking. I wanted gray to match my bedroom set.I found this on a slight sale and grabbed it. I can put anything together myself and am a typical no instruction guy.The headboard itself is well made. Mine had a small mark on it but isnt a deal breaker for me. Its heavier than I expected. This set had most of the hardware to attach to a bed frame which is what I looked for. The problem with most headboards in the hardware wasnt included or wasnt compatible with my older bed frame.When I got down to installation I had one issue, one side didnt have a hole drilled. Of course I didnt figure it out until it was installed and at an angle. I absolutely could have contacted Amazon or the seller but it was an easy fix for me. Which is why it wasnt 5 stars across the board. Get it? Board.For the price I paid it was absolutely worth it. Far less expensive than other headboards, plus I didn't need to buy additional hardware. It looks nice. Way softer than a wall. And honestly, it does pull the room together. Its a little wider than the bed and frame, as to be expected, a little more than I wanted but I am talking fractions of an inch.For any guy who doesnt really care, or someone who wants a good value headboard you really cant go wrong. I did a lot of comparison shopping and am thrilled I picked this one.

I was looking for something a little more dramatic but this is a great, basic headboard. The faux leather is passable and it was easy to install to the existing bed frame. With pillows it is very hard to see (not high on a full size bed).

I ordered the “open box” option for ~$40 and it’s worth that. I don’t think it’s worth the full price it’s listed at. The leather look is nice, there’s no imperfections to it. It’s very plain. No frills. It doesn’t screw into the bed frame I have but it came with a lot of hardware and I can probably mount it to the wall. It’s for my 8 year old and it will serve its purpose. Happy to have this item. Happy to have the open box option for half the price.

I bought this mainly to make my amazonbasics bed frame look better. The included legs are not standard coz there is no standards for bed frames as such. But they ship adapters that can adjust to any bed frame if the holes do not align vertically or horizontally in addition to multiple holes in the leg itself. Give it a shot for the price, functionality and being able to make your bedframe look better
