The connector doesn't work. Initially we had red so power was going through but not the correct colours, then nothing. Any advice please?

There have 2 issues that might cause the lights not work properly: 1. Please double-check with the connector, might there have a connection issue to cause the lights not working properly. 2. Please double-check with the strip connected correct(R to R, G to G, B to B, and 12V to 12V). If that still not work, please send us an email via mexllexcustomer@gmail.com, we will handle that.

Can i connect 2 strips together in a straight line that doesn't leave too big a gap of no lights between them, the L connector's gap seems long.

You can check on amazon for straight connector, please make sure the connector is matching for 5050 RGB LED strip lights, the width is 10mm.

Hi, installed these last weekend. There is a high frequency whine sound from the driver. Please advise??

Hi have this same issue after replacing led bulbs in my kitchen. I found out the DC transformers that convert to 12V need to be rated for led lights. So this is a project at some point to replace them. So it sounds in this case the transformers with these lights are incorrect. I’d recommend sending them back.

Brightened up my tv unit

Good little LED strip put around the back of my tv unit. Bright enough to look good but not so bright that its irritating. Connectivity and remote control good. The adhesive sticks well too. Battery life not an issue as I got the mains powered one.
