Q: Will this work with Juliet magnifier of my Cz scorpion?

I have the Joliet 6 on my AR and works great

Q: Can this be used on ABR or rifles?

Yes, it can be used on any rifle with a picatinny rail. However, it has the traditional AR15 offset, so a good cheekweld may be a problem. Most ABRs have such a rail and would be compatible. As for the ABR 223, you'll have to ask someone who plays Call of Duty.

Q: How do you install the ARD? it's not in the manual
