I love this product and I re-order it regularly. I love to use it for a morning beverage with mushroom powder and roasted dandelion with coconut cream and some vanilla Stevia. It’s so creamy and delicious when I blend it up. Of course I can also use this as a base for other recipes, including making raw chocolate. Great price and great product.

Terrasoul Superfoods Raw Organic Cacao Powder is my favorite cacao. You can do everything with this cacao powder that you would do with other cocoa powders. Mix it into your coffee and have a rich mocha. There isn't any sugar. You add the sweetener in the amount you desire. It's also much healthier for you because it is raw and processed without alkali. Alkali actually reduces the healthy benefits of cocoa by 60% to 90%. And roasted cacao loses up to 18% of its polyphenol antioxidant. It is very easy to use. If I am making a powdered hot chocolate, I will mix 3 Tablespoons of Terrasoul Raw Cacao with 3 Tablespoons of sugar*, and 3 Tablespoons of powdered milk. Heat water to a boil. Pour over the cacao mixture in your cup. You have instant Hot Cocoa you made yourself. Terrasoul replaces your usual baking cocoa in all recipes. I have bought Terrasoul Super Food Raw Organic Cacao Powder a few times now. The 2 pound/ 2 pack is an excellent value for the money. The Cacao has a consistent color and taste every time I have purchased it. (You can use other sweeteners- just adjust them appropriately.) I’m a diabetic but also chocoholic 🙂 so I make coco with this product and lactose free whole milk and no sugar. Mix some cacao with a little hot water so it blends, then the fill the cup with the milk. Yum yum coco. The package is so full of cacao that you have to shake it before opening to make the cacao be less messy when initially opening the package, but for me it’s worth it because it tastes better than the other brands I have tried. Usually it arrives quickly but rarely it takes several days to arrive, but is worth it.

Cacao and s less processed than cocoa powder and that’s what I was most excited about. I make homemade chocolate from this, using just a few ingredients….coconut oil, CACAO POWDER, a tiny bit of pink salt and either honey or maple syrup. I cannot believe I waited this long to try this because it’s a game changer! I can make chocolate chips, I spread it on banana slices, and I even dip bacon OR organic corn chips in it! This is my GO TO cacao powder!
