Does anyone use this griddle round pan over an open fire?

It can be used on open flame, but in order to prolong the service life, it is better not to burn the outer coating directly.

Does it stick when you make an omelette from this Japanese omelette pan?

I have not had it stick yet. But I hand wash only. Sometimes I even forget to add any oil and still have no issues with sticking!

Will this fry pan get stick after a few times use?

Mine stuck after the 1st use. I made one egg and it stuck all over
