Not recommend.
Poor fit, the lug that fits into the bumper was way off. Also, the left and right markers were not correctly labeled. They were backwards.

RX300, just have to file off a little bit of the aligning plastic tabs at the top, no big deal

Parts Designed Completely Backwards
The lights seem designed completely opposite from the way they need to be. Had to put left one on right side of car to make it work. I know, it's weird but I got them to work. Also had to modify the part a little with a grinder, and the bumper too.

Side marker lights fit with slight adjustments…
They are good quality and are a close match to Lexus OEM side marker light fixtures. Had to make small adjustments to the plastic tabs on back side of light fixture to fit onto the space on my 2002 Lexus RX300. Removed rear splash guards first. Not an easy fix as I reached in between the rear tire wheel guard plastic liner and rear metal fender to unplug the light fixture wire. Note: There were screws holding liner to metal and on splash guard. Also a few plastic tabs. Scratched my arm on first one, not so much on other side after I figured out how to do it. Good that light fixture replacement comes with new light bulbs installed. Be prepared with flashlight, eye protection, and tools.

Does not fit 2002 IS300 without modification
Even thought the header says it fits IS300, that is not really true. First, there are alignment tabs of plastic which need to be cut off in order to fit the bumper of the IS. Though, second, the main wire plug sockets face forward instead of backwards, which makes the wire loom unable to reach without additional modification. Being that I had taken the bumper off and was committed, I made these work. However, I would not recommend this approach.

Junk'
Junk!! No nuts to hold them. You have to grind the back just to get them to fit in the factory holes. Thicker than the bumber so the bolts won't tighten up enough to to hold in place. They don't plug into the factory wiring.
