I picked up the IQBAR 7-Bar Sampler Pack to try a variety of flavors before committing to a full box—and I’m so glad I did. These bars are not only delicious but packed with clean, plant-based ingredients that actually make me feel good after eating them. As someone who follows a mostly low-carb, gluten-free diet, it’s tough to find snacks that tick all the boxes: low sugar, high fiber, good protein, and no junk. These bars do it all. I love that they include brain-friendly ingredients like Lion’s Mane and MCTs it makes me feel like I’m fueling both my body and mind. So far, the Chocolate Sea Salt and Lemon Blueberry are my top two, but every flavor in the sampler had something unique to offer. The texture is dense but not chalky, and I find them really satisfying between meals or after a workout. They’ve even helped me cut down on sugary snacks because I know I’ve got something tasty and healthier to reach for. My husband and I have been eating low carb for about 5 years now. We've tried lots of different protein bars and we both agree that these are the BEST!I first found them at Costco but when I went back for more, they were no longer in the store. I was happy to find this variety pack on Amazon. I went directly to the Lemon Blueberry. Yum! Great flavor, and actual real blueberries in it! Coconut Chip was another favorite.My favorite things about IQ bars are 1. Low carb. (2 net carbs per bar and hardly any sugar.) 2. No weird aftertaste. 3. Pleasant texture. There are crunchy bits throughout the bar instead of chewy sludge 4. Clean ingredients. Theyre mostly made of amonds and protein!It was fun to taste test the various flavors of the variety pack. We are fans of IQ bars!

It is one of the best flavors. Top four for me are the chocolate mint, Chocolate sea salt, and lemon blueberry , and this one. I would give it 4.5 stars for taste. I like the crunchy bits mixed in the generally soft textured bar. It has a good caramel flavor which is a good contrast to the chocolate chips. They have 12grams of fiber with each bar, so it helps combat some side effects of the keto diet.

These bars are great. Ingredients are simple and clean. Macros are great with enough protein to justify it as a supplement for strength training or just a filling snack that isn't going to trash your diet. Just 1g of sugar is amazing too - I hate protein bars that are really candy bars in disguise. Taste is delicious (I love peanut butter), and texture is soft without any stickiness or toughness (some protein bars have made me lose crowns off my teeth, so this is important!). They survived the hot Texas heat just fine and arrived at my house in perfect shape. Best of all, they are very affordable compared to other bars on the market. Oh and my two year old son loves them too and I don't feel bad about letting him have some. 10/10 would buy again!

I only have eaten the chocolate mint bar (did not try the others). I did not find these bars to be good tasting. You can taste the protein powder in them. They may be great for a quick boost, but if you are looking for a bar that tastes great--these are not it.OK, I am updating this review. I did try the almond bar and it was delicious! Will continue to update as I try more.
