Glaze 'N Seal - 153 Clear Paver Sealer

Locked the sand in the joints and was very easy to apply. Did 2 coats and looks great with a low sheen.

This worked wonders for me - after having several failed attempts (DIY and contractors) keeping sand in my paver joints across a decently sized patio with two walkways, I did some research and stumbled upon this sealer. I took a chance and was amazed after the first rain - not a pebble of sand had washed away. I purchased and applied this back in May 2023 so my patio went through 2 complete winters and summers and so far I've only spotted a weed here and there this past week, which is fair after 2+ years. Prior to this sealer, this patio was the worst thing in my backyard. Folks did not even know a patio existed because it was covered up with moss and weeds most of the time, it was unmanageable. This product changed all of that and I'm thankful I discovered it before pulling the trigger on a completely new patio renovation. This literally salvaged my patio and put life back into it. I won't hesitate the slightest to repurchase when it's time to re-apply.

I like the results and everything about it. In my case I didn’t need to squeegee so I’m sorry I bought a squeegee. However I do wish there were instructions on how to open the spout. I had to grab the top edge of it with two pliers and really pulled hard. Also, my tip is to pour the first amount into a bucket rather than try to pour it into a sprayer or you’ll make a big mess.

Just sealed 850 sq ft. of new pavers. 2 coats. Used 7 gallons. Water base 154. Low sheen. Came out beautiful. Hardened all the sand between pavers. Awesome sealer

Fantastic sealer. The price went from $189 plus tax to $267 Plus tax. I have purchased over 150 five gallon jugs with great success. Did a smaller project for a neighbor and use the one gallons and it completely failed and did not harden up the sand. I don't know if the one gallon jugs were mislabeled or not but it did not harden the sand up. That is the only time I've had a problem with this besides the pricing.

Glaze & Seal was easy to spray on our pavers after we waited for the right outdoor temperature for the product. After drying our pavers looks great. So far no problems. We will be ordering more soon as we underestimated the amount we needed.

It’s easy to apply. Preparation is the hardest part. I sanded the deck before sealing it but I don’t think I was very successful. The pavers are very tight! One month later, I have summer weeks. The pavers look the same as before. Quick drying time

I used a Ryobi sprayer for this. When I sprayed directly on the sand the sand did not wash away. When I sprayed just walking by the pavers a couple of times the sand still washed away. My Ryobi sprayer clogged because I was using anti-slip powder with the sealer. I poured the sealer in a bucket and dumped it on the paver. The sand where I did this did not wash away but there was a little white spot from the anti-slip here and there. The gloss is not that noticeable. I mainly used this to keep the sand washing away which it had done two separate times without the sealer. Seems if I use enough concentrated sealer it locks the sand and does not wash it away.
