Does what it’s supposed to do. Has a burning smell in the beginning but goes away.

Sterilization work perfect

I just started using this at my spa to sterilize my tools. Before I left last week, I put all of my microdermabrasion heads in the sterilizer and a pair of brand new tweezers, and I set the timer and left. When I came to work this week, the entire spa smelled like heat, or like something was burning. Sure enough the timer did not work and my tools were distroyed. My silver pair of tweezers are now copper, and all of my microdermabrasion heads are ruined and turned a coppery brown. What an expensive mistake due to the timer not working. I’ve literally only used it a couple times. I was hoping to return it but it says I’m out of my return window and I don’t see where I can contact customer service. What a COMPLETE waste of money. 😫

It works very good. Nice size. Holds a lot of utensils large and small. Works fast. Makes me and my clients feel safer with an added step of sanitation

Gets the job done. I wanted an extra layer of disinfecting because of Covid and this is perfect.
