Cooks amazingly well.
With the standard stainless steel grates I had trouble with food sticking. I thought I might have trouble with sticking on the new cast iron grates. I was pleasantly surprised that the food barely stuck at all. I really like the grill marks that hot cast iron makes. I am really pleased at the change these grates made in my new grill.

They are 1/2" short from front to back of grill
Everything you cook on them sticks. I ordered them for my exact E435 and they don't fit grill correctly . Not happy
