Traditional Romanian Zacusca Vegatable Spread with Mushrooms Russian Eggplant Spread 700 grams

I have visited Romania twice and bought Zacusca to bring home both times. I make it a point to pick this up from one of the Romanian ladies in the farmers market. My mother an I absolutely love it! I am so happy to be able to get this in the USA without making to trip to Romania again. This is much easier on my pocket book than another international trip!! Buy it... you won't be sorry!

This is a very tasty and healthy product. Great ingredients and fantastic flavor.

Everybody loved it and great as it is vegan.

... but not as great as a traditional eggplant spread (eggplant caviar). Still, it goes very well in rye bread sandwiches.

I love zacusca, but this time I had to work hard to unpack the jar; I bet it was meant to be dropped by a drone! Kudos to the shippers😎😀
