Lost bracelet due to a clasp defect. Need a refund or replacement

Ok this is the 2nd one piece ive bought from this company. The first was the necklace. She still loves it. Cant keep her eyes off it. So when i saw they had a bracelet i thought why not. They also have earrings but not going to get those since because she doesn't have pierced ears. She sort of knew what it might be when she saw the box. She couldnt get it on because her hands were shaking so much. So i had to help. I had alittle trouble myself since i had no finger nails to hold the clasp open. We got it on after about 3 minutes. It matches perfectly with the necklace and the smile on her face said it all. It looked like she won the lottery. The price is great too. Cant wait to see what else i can buy from them.

The stone color is such a beautiful blue. It was gifted to a friend who uses so much blue in her outfits that I know she would love this. She also goes to lunch and dinners out so be perfect accent piece. It looks nice. It shines beautifully. I was attracted to the different colors and kept saying if I was going to wear it, I would like this one, my favorite is the peridot. My friend absolutely loved the bracelet.
