Very uncomfortable ease to use. No manual no support. Amazon support people will say we are not trained for this and vendor has to fixit. There is only e-mail coordinations and no live people.Never buy third party Amazon products.

Our box stopped working. Even when it was working, we had hard time to watch anything. Returning it!

Offers a lot of premium channels for just the purchase of filter. Occasionally the shows might get hung up and you need to restart the device.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  After using this for about a month, I have to say this is a really great IPTV box. Really small, but works as advertised. Great image quality, I am not sure if it is 4K, but it is same quality as what I get from my old cable company Comcast. I think this is definitely an upgrade because I am getting HBO, ESPN, AMC, Bravo, Discovery and other 100+USA channel, on top of that I also get to watch all those English channels from UK, and Canada. Don't really care for those Germany, French, or Italy channel, cuz I don't understand it lol, can't complain about the extra contents. There are also not kids-friendly channels in this IPTV, I am glad that the system offers an option to hide it from the underages. Another thing I really like about this is that it is super easy to set up. I literally finish everything within 5 minutes, as you can see from my photo, everything is included in the box. They have a good support team too, I was not able to watch any channel for one day couples weeks ago, have to email them about that, and things got solved in few hours. I think this box is totally worthy for 200 dollars, for the lifetime service it offers(Before I bought this, I was paying 80+ dollars for my comcast, netflix, hulu and slingtv montly, Now I am only paying 20 for Comcast internet, and 10 for Netflix). Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone spend alot on cable service.

The picture is good, however the box takes a lot of internet usage for each hour of viewing. I use other platforms that require .5 to 1 gig per hour, but this box uses 3-6 gigs per hour. Many of us have an usage cap per month, and so this amount of usage does make this box a good pick. There are also times when the picture freezes and worse yet, when restarting the channel it goes back to what was already watched instead of the video going forward. And then it freezes again at the same place over and over. Very annoying.

It's a nice looking box, and for price its fast and stable. The best TV box I've owned. I'm using it on a 4K Smart TV and find the picture quality to be very good.
