This is the best chromium product! Picolinate is the form of this trace mineral which is best absorbed in the gut. I have used it for a couple years now and really notice a difference. I use it to even out my blood sugar all day long. Not a cure all but does help in keeping your sugar levels in a better and more beneficial range. I am not a doctor but I have taken this supplement as I feel it also help in controlling your weight difficulties. I have used it for years and even though I am not a totally ripped athlete, I do pretty well for a 75 year old man. Try it but check with your doctor and make sure it won't cause problems with any prescribed medications you may be taking.
