This gravy is great!!!

I used to get a chicken finger dinner that included Texas toast and white gravy. When the fast food restaurant took the white gravy out of the meal, I was very disappointed. I was looking for something quick and easy so I could have white gravy at home. This is the stuff I was looking for. I have used 4% milk, half & half and heavy cream to mix up gravy. All work great. The higher the fat content of the milk, the richer and thicker the outcome. I put half a cup of hot water and half a cup of whatever type of milk product in a glass measuring cup. I then stir in 3 tablespoons of the gravy mix. I hear for 2 minutes in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. For 4% milk, I only need to stir once at 1 minute then again after the second minute. It is easy and delicious. I add coarse ground black pepper to taste. Better than the fast food stuff. I am glad I bought 3 containers. They won’t last long. I’ll be back for more.

This makes delicious sausage gravy but also helps me create any “cream of” soup required for recipes

I prepare in microwave. Takes frequent mixing.

Bought this because it did not contain dairy as I am allergic. I make it using cashew milk and it turns out creamy and delicious. Have bought multiple times ✌️

I’m from New Orleans and very picky about recipes from there, but whole family loves this and it’s great for when I don’t have a lot of time to cook! My family gets me to cook this at least once a month!

This gravy mix has made many recipes much easier for me. I also use it as a thickener in many scratch gravies and dishes. Works better and faster than using corn starch or flour.
