I spend a lot of time outdoors in the southern sun, especially in the summer when I swim laps daily in an outdoor pool. Even though I use sunscreen, I ended up needing a Mohs surgery on my nose to remove sun damage, so now I not only use sunscreen but I use one of these attached to the sunglasses I wear while swimming. I was surprised at how comfortable these are- they fit close on your nose & you can't even see them while in use, nor feel them, as the silicone is very soft on the skin. They are excellent protection when I'm working in the garden too. I do wish they came in flesh-toned colors. But until they do, I'll be using these- and they hold up extremely well. Pool chemicals & sunscreen have no effect on them. One other thing- if your sunglasses are wider at the bridge, you may have trouble attaching these, so I'd suggest they make that part longer, & you could easily snip off the excess with scissors. But on the whole, this is a very helpful product, & I wish I'd been using these before I got sun damage instead of after.

Perfect for my nose, stays put, no problems

I’m a cyclist . With more than 250.000 miles cycling . You can imagine with all that cycling that I have had facial skin cancer.That mileage represents at least three hours a day for years .As I got older and wiser I started using zinc oxide and titanium oxide sunscreen. Unfortunately sunscreens DONT stay that well on your nose . After multiple MOHS nose surgeries . I have become even more cautious. I don’t have that much nose to donate anymore.When I was entertaining a nose shield. I didn’t see any designs I liked . I didn’t even like this design. Basically the attaching method to the glasses was useless. When I got the nose shields it was confirmed. . However. I discovered that it would stay in place simply by it being pinned physically between my face and my glasses. I’ve ridden 60 miles in 90° plus weather and it stayed in place and worked better than expected . I notice after previous rides that my nose was swollen from sun exposure even with sunscreen. Not so after using the shield.I still don’t like the attachment method. However the product works and stays in place.

I paraglide, which means I’m usually at high altitudes in full sunI’m on the second Amazon package of nose guards and they are really pretty effective for keeping my nose from getting burnt to a crisp. They are made of silicon so they can get sweaty and the triangular tip can be tough at times to pull through but for protecting my nose they are simple and effective.Overtime, the little triangular tip breaks off and I move onto the next nose guard. I usually get 30+ hard usages per noseguardIf you are in a windy area (like me), make sure you put the nose shield behind your glasses and bring the loop over the top to the front to insert the tip. This will keep your shield behind your glasses where it won't get blown around.

When I got it I was excited as I just had surgery on my nose and needed to protect it. I could not get these little guys to stay on my sunglasses or glasses though. Many reviews had the same problem and I posted a question about it. Never got a correct answer though. I contacted the CoolNes and they replied immediately and suggested watching the video, which I had and watch it again. Still no luck after several messages back and forth got it figure out. See the picture (upper right) you NEED to pull it all the way though so the little Y shaped part is pulled through. (It will not break) Getting it off was a little harder though. They need to make sure people are aware of this that you have to pull it completely through. Other than that I suggested they have more of the tan color vs the other colors. I did not find any fowl smell or other problems. The work fine and is a great solution to protection and nose burn.

Just had Carcinoma Surgery on my nose. These nose guards keep my nose out of the sum. They are soft yetthey strong and playable. Lastly, they do what they are supposed to to do. They keep this part of my body safe from the sun. If you walk or run when the sun is out, get these! The only complaint I have, is that they are difficult for me to fasten to sun glasses.

Fits well on prescription glasses. Connected is not long enough for heavy duty sunglasses.

The look goofy but if you're at high altitude in the Sun you want these. They protect your nose perfectly and connect to sunglasses with ease. They are easy to clean. I didn't need to cut it down at all and worked really well with a buff to avoid glasses fogging. One star deduction because I didn't need 4 of them and would rather have paid less.
