This mounting bracket is very sturdy and the performance was fantastic, in fact it was so good and sturdy it outlasted the plastic ball it was mounted to! The adjustability is great and can capture and angle or be maneuvered to be out of the sight line of my Jeep Gladiator dash area. The fit was great, the length was perfected and the performance was better than the plastic/rubber/phone holder piece that came with my original dash mount setup for the Jeep dash.

The products are absolutely first class. Fit and finish is excellent. Function is flawless. Customer service is just without peer. I won't bother to mention why I contacted customer service, because it's kind of dumb, but I can tell you that Tom (everybody raves about him, and they are right) not only resolved my issue, but when I mentioned an unrelated issue he shipped a product to me for free to address the problem. It is too easy to completely take the item apart while simply adjusting it. Also, the friction between the ball and couple isn't enough to hold the BT7 screen in place while traveling.

This work really nice holding my phone. It allowed me to articulate it to the position I wanted.
