We bought this set for our front porch. My husband put it together and showed me where two screws (one on each chair) would not screw in all the way. A couple of screws wouldn't tighten because they were already stripped. The only thing that could have caused this is faulty manufacturing at least three or four of the chair parts where the screws were supposed to go. Even if we were to request new parts, we'd mostly likely run into the same issue. We can sit on it because there are so many other parts, but we're not sure how long the set will hold up with 4 screws that are not in all the way. Disappointing. You get what you pay for I suppose...

This is not noticeable with the cushion in place, but the real problems are that it warps the entire frame of the chair, and it makes assembling the chair very difficult. I took the advice of another reviewer and did not fully tighten any of the bolts until they were all in place, and I still had to wrestle with the frame and force the bolts to the point of almost stripping them just to build the chair. I’m a reasonably strong & fit adult man and I have been putting things together, very well, for my entire life. This *should not* have been as difficult as it was.Regardless, I was still happy to have an otherwise sturdy bistro set for half-price, and I was willing to live with the imperfect chair; that is until I got to the second chair.The bolt holes in the arm frame were so off-center that it was not possible to bolt it together using all the bolts called for in the directions. This is a deal-breaker. I am not comfortable with building something using less bolts than specified, especially when the frame is already uneven, and this is to say nothing of leaving an open hole in a piece of outdoor furniture to allow water and wasps in.The final insult was a jagged piece of metal sticking out from the weld of one of the chairbacks. Again, for the price I could have ignored the sloppy welding and filed down the weld, but only if the I can at least put it together with *all* the parts. If the bolt holes *all* aligned and if the bolt holes *all* were drilled straight, then unpacking and unwrapping the pieces and breaking down the box might have taken longer than putting together the entire set.This could have been a very nice bistro set and well-worth the original price, if it was built to specification. However, due to unacceptably poor fabrication, this item should have been discontinued for sale, even at half price. It was a colossal waste of my time to unpack, half-build, disassemble, and re-pack the set. I was cool with a cheap outdoor minimalist metal bistro set with *two* slightly lopsided chairs, but said set is totally unacceptable with only one chair.TL;DR Buyer Beware! Horribly made; you won’t be able to put it together correctly, if at all!

I think luck will play a big part in your experience. I bought this bistro set because of the low price and it looked nice. Saw some of the poor reviews (related to manufacturing) and decided to gamble. Assembly was difficult bc the holes for the screws did not line up well. I had to place all the screws very loosely just so the hardware would fit and then try not to strip the screws as I tightened them. Once put together, it's sturdy. Also, table top was defective so I started a replacement.Update: They just sent a whole new bistro set to replace it. Their customer service was great and fixed the problem. Didn't have to send the defective one back (though one's experience may vary)4 stars overall. Great price. Once put together, it's sturdy and looks nice. Quality seems to be inconsistent (hence the 4 stars), but their customer service fixed it quickly.

Love it!! Looks great on the patio and has been holding up well against the constant changing weather here in Seattle. Cushions are durable and at least water resistant, if not proof...no soggy seats on my patio!

We ordered this to be able to sit outside at our mother's for short visits -- but I would buy it again for more frequent use. The table is not too small for snacks and drinks, the chairs are comfortable and feel sturdy when you sit in them, and the pillows dry very quickly. The color was exactly what we expected from the website.

We actually received seven chairs in our shipment. Like other reviewers the chair triangle of supports only line up with one of three holes. Two bolts were stripped & unable to be fully tightened. These two bolts also had heads that were very soft & stripped out when attempting to back them out.

Perfect size for my city balcony. Very impressed by how heavy and sturdy it is. Feels like commercial/restaurant quality. Item came with slight damage (small dent where box may have been crushed) but not worth the hassle or wait of returning it so I just turn that edge of the table on the side I don’t see.

This patio set is perfect for my tiny apartment balcony. However, the reviews about the misaligned holes are true. I almost never got this thing put together out of frustration. The table was perfectly easy to put together, but the chairs were a nightmare. I finally got them together after about 2 hours and one chair is completely crooked, but it will do for under $100. Tip: do not tighten all the screws until the holes are aligned..it makes it easier to bend the legs to where they need to fit!
