Zumba Fitness Incredible SLIMDOWN Cardio Dance System

This is a very good workout. The tempo is very fast, though. You will burn a lot of calories, but you need to do it a few times to get the hang of it. I take Zumba classes at the gym, and they don't even have this fast of a tempo and the class is very good. I prefer a workout that builds up to a fast tempo rather than starting out that way right away, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five, but overall a very good workout and you will sweat.

So, my wife had recently found out that the local YMCA has a Zumba class. This is her new form of exercise that she wanted an option to use at home. The quality of the discs are good, and it also comes with digital code for Digital copy of routine. Kids like to hop around the room with my wife and they all seem to have a good time. As for me, I am terrified of dancing let alone latin dancing. No Thanks, but seems like an okay set.

REALLY fun workouts with fun people leading them and really encouraging, but sometimes way too fast for me to follow and I've been doing these workouts for a few months and still cannot keep up. I just keep going at my own pace and pretend I'm following along fine. I'm at home and no one can see me making a fool of myself, LOL. it's helping keep me fit. I can judge how well i'm doing by how long until I have to take a break. At first i had to take a break between every song but now I can almost go through the whole video straight through.

I've been doing Zumba a long time. I knew it would be a more basic set. My fault for not considering HOW basic and beginner level. I travel for a living and it will still come in handy to get some cardio on the road when gyms / dance studios are scarce.

Product is exactly what I was looking for! However, the original packaging was a little worn.

This is an credible workout. Only problem is that when I'v ordered these products, I've received faulty CD's. The seller refunded my money for the entire purchase because seller wasn't able to send the one CD that was faulty. Comes as a package, so I would have to order the whole package again to get the CD that I want.

Missing items

So I just received my box and it looked opened already but I thought, okay as long as it's complete it should be fine. I opened the box and realized that two of the items that are supposed to be in the box are missing! I didn't realize when I placed my order that I was paying for used and missing product (yes this is sarcasm). And there is no return shipping label in the box for me to return this used and incomplete package!

Although some of the workouts in this boxed set were repeats of ones I had purchased in the past I still get a lot of variety for the money spent. It was also incomplete as I did not receive everything it listed on the box (dance socks and diet plan)

Fun workout videos for my wife. Missing sweatbands like it shows on the package but all DVD's are different and work great.

The DVD is jam packed with different moves. It's chalenging especially for me as I am a senior. There are five fitness DVDS, so a choice of lessons. I plan to really challenge myself and get to the level of fitness. as those on the DVD.
