I had my doubts about the efficacy of a single layer mask like this, but from all my research it is much more efficient than a surgical mask with gaping holes all around your face. The point with this kind of masks (I have many) is that instead of forcing your breath around the mask, it goes through, filtering out the droplets. They are also much better form fitting and much easier and comfortable to wear. They are not medical grade, but then unless you are wearing a PROPERLY FITTED N95 and change it every two hours, which you should only do if you are working in a clinical setting, they are just as good as any other and a thousand times more effective that the stupid vented masks.I have both thicker and thinner masks, to the best of my recollection these are the thicker ones, but they all work.

Bought as my daughter was informed she needed plain black masks for work. I didn’t want to spend much and needed a few so that they could be washed. Would I buy them again? Probably not. The quality isn’t great and the material isn’t brilliant but they do the job

These masks are of acceptable quality, can be washed and come at a reasonable price but..... I wear glasses and wearing them as per government instructions covering nose and mouth causes the glasses to fog. My wife has had no problems but I have found the masks to be a little to small and therefor easily displaced, leaving either nose or mouth uncovered but, this doesn't appear to be a problem for my wife and I therefore conclude that the fitting is better suited to people of smaller stature.

These simple black facemasks are my favorite design to date (and I have made and tried quite a few!). They are really lightweight and comfortable to wear and fit snugly round my nose and chin. The ear loops are comfortable, soft and stretchy. They arrived a day before the due date and were well packaged. They are great value for money and, while they do not profess to be of medical standard, they are fine for intercepting any sneezes or coughs. They also stop me from touching my face every 5 minutes!

Given the exceptionally poor quality and ill-fitting nature of this product, my first instinct was to immediately return it to the seller and demand a refund.Upon trying, it quickly became apparent that I would have to pay to return this shoddy item myself, which amount is almost equal to the value paid, making the return pointless. I am therefore stuck with three poorly made masks I will never wear because the fit is so terrible.I'd advise anyone contemplating wasting 4 quid on these to just use the diposable blue masks that most places give away free. They're better quality than this trash. Total and utter rip-off.

Only lasted 1 week, fell apart and won’t protect you against anything.

Item arrived on time & was a fair price for the three masks I received. Good comfort, relatively thin but does the job. Basically it is what it is. I would recommend these masks.

Brilliant value, come early they are exacley what i wanted and super soft doesnt irritate my sensitive skin most importantly cant blow out a candle using this only down fall its one size fits all so a little bog for my face so just notted the back of it works like a charm excellent product will defo order more when i need to
