My mask never stays on my ears right so I wanted one of those extender thingies. This seemed like a good pack because it came with 5 so I can give one to my boyfriend and have a couple extra in case we lose them. I have one in my purse and I have one in the car. Somebody commented that their mask came loose while using these but mine has not. I was able to wear it throughout the grocery store and it was just fine. As you can see from the picture I loop it underneath my ears and behind my neck because it is more comfortable for me that way. It's not perfect but with my long hair it is the best way that I can find. I have it set on the tightest setting on both sides.

Like a lot of you I found myself having trouble with mask fitment. I decided to try these and find that they work pretty well. Occasionally the little tabs don't hold my mask's straps and I have to try a few times before I get it right.Setting it on the second tab from the end works best for me. These are pretty comfortable and I have never had one come loose while wearing them.There is one problem that I didn't foresee. These are actually causing my masks to stretch out and get looser over time. It's gotten to the point where once perfect masks while now begin to slide down my nose even while using this. One solution is to sew a closure around the masks straps to make them shorter. The other is to buy more masks.I'm going to keep using these despite the drawbacks because I hate putting the masks ear loops behind my ears. They don't stay in place to good that way for me.

I like the comfort when it is on. What I do not like is that it falls off when you take the mash off. It really needs a clamp of sorts so that it stays on the mask when you take it off and on.

They aren't super easy to put on. I have to wear a pony tail at work and this has to sit on top of it or it slips down to my neck. Sitting on top of my pony tail gets extremely uncomfortable after long hours. It doesn't get as tight as I would like, or I would try to wear a low pony tail and adjust it to the middle of my head. Doesn't work

Works for me with surgical masks. Need it because I have only one ear. Before donning the mask, if using the first hook, trick to making sure elastic does not come loose from hook is to thread the elastic through the hole from the side opposite that hook and loop it backwards tightly over the hook as seen in the first photo. If using the other hooks, thread the elastic through the earliest near hole and forward over the hook as shown in the second photo, pulling tight. This setup requires pulling the mask over the top of your head. With this, I can pull the mask down when it is not needed so it is loose around my neck and the elastic cannot slip off the hook.

In one of the promotional pictures the mask extender is shown around the neck. This didn't work for me....mask kept being pulled down from my nose, and down to my lips. In the other picture the extender is shown behind the head with the elastic around the ear. I found the having both elastic straps above the ear worked better.Biggest problem was the the extenders hooks were to small to adequately hold the elastic from the face mask.If you have hearing aids and wear glasses this may be worthwhile.

Great purchase for the office!Co-workers found that it was easier for them use strap over their heads instead of around the neck. The mask was more secured and the pressure was taken off the ear. The straps are very durable. At the end of the day we wash it with soap and water.

The hooks are too small and no matter whether I put it on my neck or the top of my head they slide off. Also too tight and I have a fairly small head.Updating my review to a 3 based on good vendor response. The company contacted me and were happy to have feedback - I believe they have good customer service. My review is not about the company, just the product. They do seem to want to make it right and I believe need to improve the product by making the hooks larger.
