Working fine for me
Used this on a condenser fan for a really stupidly designed Samsung refrigerator. Very hard to install but the motor is working fine.

May be a cracked fan hub!
I found I had a cracked fan hub not a failed motor, I replaced the motor but the fan would not turn because it of tiny creaks in fan hub making fan slip instead of turning! At $25 and a wait for new fan, i was able to double zip tie and glue hub and it has been working for last couple of days

Saved everything in my refrigerator
