Great for illuminating an address sign and the background for letting the dog out. Does not give off a ton of light but perfect for the intended use. Appears to be surviving the winter well

these lights are not as bright as other solar spot lights i have... which was exactly what i was looking for. i agree with another review they look like a pile of poo but i sponge painted them with grey to blend in more with my stones. i was surprised that every little led light showed on the back surface but i really liked it!! it looks like a flower

Bought these to highlight a 6 tiered water fountain that is surrounded by multi-colored river rocks at night. When I received the box, I thought the box was empty as these lights weigh close to nothing, so my first impression was they're cheaply made and didn't have high hopes of them working at all. I got these also to blend into the rocks around the fountain, but they're never really gonna blend in, though they are shaped like a rock, you can tell even from far away they are not, as the whole front is basically the light and the top which slants 1/3 down the back is the solar cell, so pretty much no matter which way you are looking at them, you would not be fooled into thinking they are just rocks. The light is not bright at all, and kind of yellow, but they worked for what I needed them for. My fountain has LED lights built into the feature, but I wanted something just to highlight the outside of it without overpowering the LED lights, so if you're looking for a strong spotlight this is not it. Set up was easy, just set it and push the on button. I have these in direct sunlight for most of the day, with the longer days in CA, they come on around 8:15, the area around them has to be pretty dark for them to come on and they last until the next morning. I going to keep these for now, they do a good enough job, and not worth the time to return, but I don't expect these to last. If they last more than a year, I'd be pleasantly surprised.

After reading some reviews, I decided to buy these rock lights specifically because they aren't so bright. I need subdued lighting on some objects in my garden, and these are perfect. It would be great to have lights like these that allow you to adjust the brightness. Anyway, buy these if you don't want overwhelming light.

One of the lights stopped working already and they are very dim. Not bright like advertised.

Bought to put a spotlight on some Halloween lawn decorations and solar operated worked perfectly! They lasted long after sundown and blend in with the grass since looks like rocks. I will be using for Christmas next and then off season for my flowers. Great buy. Would buy again and highly recommended
