No, this receiver only support two microphones.

Has anyone had to buy a license to use these microphones at home and if so how much is it. I've looked up info on ofcom and can't find exact prices

If used at home no license needed. Only needed for club or pub use. As work in the music industry myself. As have a few on 74.1 and a few on this range. But do have a radio operators license so that covers mine.
