Disappointed Purchase – No Customization & Damaged Product Received
I am extremely disappointed with this telescope. I had clearly requested customization, but they completely ignored my instructions and sent it without any changes. On top of that, the product arrived damaged and looks poorly handled. The quality is not up to the mark, and it feels like no proper quality check was done before shipping. This was supposed to be a special purchase, but it turned out to be a waste of money. Very unprofessional service and bad experience overall. I would not recommend buying from here.
