Works well. Does wear off pretty quickly but for sure shines the counters up a good bit.

I used this product first on my corium island counter top which is heavily used, and left the other counters untreated to gauge how this product would work for comparison. I started with a very clean counter. Applied and followed as directions on the bottle. Kind of like 'wax on and wax off'. and with a little elbow grease I was impressed with the shine and how 'slick' the counter top was after polishing. A very noticeable difference from the counters that I did not polish. But, sadly, after a wipe down after use, some of that went away, and after a couple of wipe downs the counter was back to original looks and feel as before I started. I felt that although the immediate after effect was very impressive, it was a lot of buffing for a very temporary look and feel. I will use this for special occasions and when I put the house on the market for showing. but not for every day use.

I used this product on Formica counters that are over 30 years old. They have no chips and only very faint scratches so we want to keep them as long as we can but the surface looked dull and faded. First, I washed them with warm water and Dawn soap. After time to dry I sprayed on the Hope's polish as directed and wiped and buffed with paper towels. Spray lightly as the liquid goes far and you won't need much. The counters now have a nice warm glow and the few scratches are barely noticeable. They don't look new but they look great and hopefully won't need replacing for years. The directions say to polish the counters every two weeks but I think once a month will do for us.

After reading the reviews I thought this would bring shine to my formica counter tops. I found after I cleaned and polished them with the Hopes polish they were duller and made the scratches more visible than before using this product. I rate it as ineffective for my formica counter tops. I'll go back to cleaning and polishing my formics counter tops with soap and water, spot cleaning any stains with baking soda paste, spraying a little housewhole furniture wax onto a cloth, wiping and polishing the surface of my formica tops. Now I will say, I used Hope's Polish to clean my vinyl applicances, i.e.she coffee maker, can opener, and food processer, I was surprised it did clean and return a shine to them.

Works good on linoleum.

This countertop cleaner has a very clean smell. It leaves a great shine. I had to polish a little harder to remove streaks.
