This oil was dry, and a bit bitter. When we purchased this in Turkey, the flavor is more lively and not so dry (old) tasting.

Nice virgin olive oil for mayonnaise and dressings
I have been searching for a light olive oil mostly for making mayonnaise and salad dressings that has not been heat processed and still doesn’t have the sharp taste of an EVOO. Sultan virgin olive oil is the best I’ve found so far. Still stronger taste that a “light olive oil” but very nice for mayonnaise and dressing.
