CaseBuy Premium Ultra Thin Keyboard Cover for MacBook Air 13.3" 2021 2020

Fits my 2020 MacBook Air A2337 perfectly! Would have preferred it to be more transparent for superficial reasons but it works great. I always purchase a cover for my keyboards, it saves a lot of money in case of an accident.

UPDATE: I just found that it does make key marks on the screen, but it's really not a big deal - you just rub the screen gently with your soft cloth and the marks go away. As long as it doesn't scratch the screen I'm happy. I recently found that my fresh looking keyboard on my Macbook Air M1 2020 began to show some wear - it's like shiny spots on the matte surface of the keys - particulary on the spots I type most frequently, like at the location of my thumbs on the spacebar. I read online and found that this is a common sympthom that is caused by the repeatedly friction between your fingers and the keys - Some of us have finger-nails, some of us have rough skin... All these affect the friction and at the bottom line the wear-out of the keys. So it's quite obvious that you can't keep your keyboard like new and using it at the same time, but to not use it at all. Gladly, there are these kind of products that can both protect the entire keyboard from liquids and dirt, and to also protect the keys from direct friction with your fingers. Keep in mind though that the friction with the keys still occurs, only that it's between the smooth silicon and the keys. So I guess that this will keep the keys better than typing on them without it, but only time will tell. I didn't use the adhesion tape pieces that came with it, so I didn't rate it, as I found that this cover fits on the keyboard like a glove and stays in place, even when typing - I'm typing this review with this cover now and it doesn't move. The feel: well, it's not like typing without it, I give you that. But it's not that bad either. I guess it's just a matter of getting use to it. And I think that I already did. The look: I picked the clear version of this cover and added some pictures to show how it looks, with and without backlight, how it looks when pressing a key, the cut for the touch ID key (so you could also see how the clear cover affects the look of the black keys), and lastly the thickness of this cover. Overall, I'm very pleased with this item and highly recommend it. Hope that you'll find this review helpful.

Clean your keyboard and lay this cover over the clean, dry keyboard and it's perfect. Smooth and it doesn't pull up. I saved the 2 sided stickers to tack it down in case I run into any problems later but so far so good! I need something since my MacBook Air should really be called my CookBook Air

I liked this keyboard cover and only had a few things I didn't like. It was more of a foggy color instead of transparent. I didn't like typing on my laptop with the keyboard cover on because it kind of felt like the letters were all touching. It might have been because of the thickness. I know it's probably just me on that part though. Another thing was that it would easily get creases. I tried fixing it but I couldn't. I can't use the cover now because of the creases. It's my fault on the creases though because when you first get the cover it says not to bend the box it came in. Other than those things I liked it and it worked well. I think I might be another case for if i eat or drink something so I don't have to touch my keys specifically. It also stays on way better than I thought.

I've never left a review despite buying many great products on Amazon, but this one warrants it. My main concern with keyboard covers was that they slowed my typing speed exponentially, collected dust, and the printed letters on the cover became invisible; the cover became more of a bother than anything. I buy all my MacBook Air cases from Amazon, and they come with this terrible keyboard case. Those are made from silicone and are too thick. Reference: I have a MacBook Air 2020 M1 version. I was looking for something thin and easy for my fingers to glide on, and this keyboard cover is PERFECT. It does have a "frost" to the clear color, but I don't care. I can still see everything. This cover encapsulates each key rather than just lying on top like the silicone ones, and doesn't have printed letters because it's clear, so you can see the letters of the original keys. I can type significantly faster. There is some minor adjusting your fingers have to do, but the keys still have that MacBook "bounce" to them due to the TPU material. It's affordable, ships fast, and is everything I was hoping for. LOVE IT. I won't be using the silicone keyboard covers that come with computer cases ever again!

It’s was good

I just wish the rubber was clearer. I can certainly see all the keys fine, but my keyboard just doesn't look quite as nice now that the keys are not a crisp black. The picture shows a perfectly clear cover, but it is not even close - highly frosted. My picture shows what it actually looks like. Other than that, I'm happy with it. Fits my M1 MacBook Air perfectly. I haven't used the little two-sided stickers it came with because I didn't want to add any height, but it stays on the keyboard remarkably well without them.

oh my gosh! this fits wonderful! It looks as though there is nothing on the keys. I had a clear one before this, that came with my laptop over and it was not near as nice as. this one. I know I will reorder.

Achei discreto e com ótima digitação! Não me incomodou em nada no uso e nem estaticamente, esses eram o meu receio.
